Shop Policies and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Payment

All Oil Everything gladly accepts PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Amazon Payments, Apply Pay and AOE Gift Cards.
Payment is required within 24 hours of placing your order and processing will begin upon receipt.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship? Orders are processed and shipped out in 7-10 business days from receipt of payment unless otherwise noted - This does not include purchases placed on weekends - These orders are handled as if they were placed on Monday. All orders are shipped via USPS or Priority Flat Rate. Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
Estimated shipping times are as follows: First class = 3-5 days shipping, Priority = 1-2 days and International = 7-14 days. Please see listing for specifics. 
UPGRADES: Please contact alloileverything@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your need for faster shipping. Buyer pays any extra shipping cost.

INSURANCE: All packages include a tracking number provided by USPS as well as up to $50 insurance.You are welcome to purchase additional insurance - Please be sure to email prior to processing.  I am not responsible for lost or damaged products nor does USPS guarantee delivery for items without additional insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I have a deep love for my friends across the pond so please message me with your location and I will provide a shipping quote for you if one is not listed. I cannot guarantee shipping times for these orders, unfortunately. Buyer must assume and cover all customs/vat/tax fees. I refund any shipping overages as soon as packages are sent.
TRACKING: Please refer to your USPS tracking number included with your Shipment Confirmation Email to manually track your package. If you have not yet received your confirmation, please re-read above to see processing & shipping estimates. 

Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

FOR ESSENTIAL OIL PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of my products, items cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item is received broken or damaged I will send one replacement. I will do my best to work with you to find a solution that satisfies :)
