Magnesium Balm - Lotion | Deficiency | Natural Muscle Relaxer
Magnesium balm is a transdermal magnesium supplement, formulated for even the most sensitive individuals, designed to deliver magnesium through the skin, direct to the cells.
Rich in organic plant moisturizers including coconut oil and shea butter, this lotion soothes and hydrates without leaving your skin feeling waxy or greasy.
Studies show that most Americans have magnesium deficient diets, with one in five getting less than half the RDA for magnesium in their daily diets.
Magnesium works within our cells — the powerhouses, factories and regulators of the body’s systems. Its crucial role in over 300 fundamental biochemical reactions affects the brain, the muscles, the heart and blood vessels, and ultimately our overall health and well-being.
Magnesium benefits can include reduced symptoms from conditions such as chronic fatigue and insomnia. It is known to reduce muscle tension, reduce pain associated with migraine headaches, improve sleep and address neurological disorders such as anxiety and depression.
Magnesium supplementation is a safe and effective way for most people to insure they are getting enough magnesium to stay healthy before deficiencies arise. Its much more convenient and efficient than taking orally.
Magnesium may benefit or help with the following:
Highly therapeutic for psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions
Effective at encouraging healthy skin tissue
Lower blood pressure
Enhanced cognitive function
Better bone health
Fewer headaches and migraines
Better heart health
Less stress and anxiety
Reduction in muscle aches and pains
Those with aches and pains caused by inflammation, sore joints, arthritis or even post-workout soreness should give topically applied magnesium a go. It’s the most efficient way to deliver the mineral to the site of pain, so that it can quickly relieve muscle pain, cramps and fatigue; reduce inflammation; and encourage regeneration of tissues.
Regularly applying this lotion can even increase flexibility, strength and endurance.
AOE Magnesium Balm can last up to two months in the refrigerator, and goes a long way toward supplementing your dietary magnesium intake.

To Use: Start slowly with this cream, initially applying no more than a teaspoon or so, and working your way up to higher levels as your body adjusts to an influx of extra magnesium. Once your symptoms of magnesium deficiency have been resolved, you can maintain at this level or reduce your use slightly.
Magnesium balm can be applied to any part of the body, particularly the soles of the feet, or areas where you are experiencing muscle aches or pains – such as the lower back, feet, legs, neck or shoulders. You can also mix with a few drops of carrier oil, like sweet almond or coconut, to make a soothing massage oil. This hydrating salve also acts as a natural sleep aid when applied before bedtime.
Allow the balm to stay on your skin for at least 20 to 30 minutes (although longer is fine) as transdermal magnesium requires this length of time for absorption.
Common symptoms of deficiency include slight tingling – please reduce the amount of lotion you are using until symptoms subside.
Can also be used in place of or along with Magnesium Spray
